As, Ida Leah was going up as a child,she lived in Duchesne,Utah; Burley,Idaho; Cascade Locks,Oregon; Vancouver,Washington; Harlan,Oregon and Hood River,Oregon. Ida Leah Married Paul Peffer an they had four children.
